The Obama family only has three days left before they will have to leave the White House. Last night, something was spotted outside their new home that makes their impending move a reality.
Daily Mail reported that moving trucks were seen outside the Obamas’ new multi-million dollar home in the ritzy Washington D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama. The family is set to live in the 8,200-square-foot-home for the next two years at least, until their daughter Sasha finishes high school.
The Obamas are renting the home from Joe Lockhart, who served as press secretary to Bill Clinton, and his wife Giovanna Gray, an editor for Glamour.
This came after it was revealed that the Obamas are planning to fly to Palm Springs, California for a vacation immediately after Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The outgoing first family will board a helicopter at the Capitol on Friday and will be taken to the Andrews Air Force Base. From there, they will board a government aircraft and fly to California. However, they will have to pay for their own transportation when they return to Washington D.C.
We’re glad to see that after eight long years, we’re about to finally be rid of the Obamas. SHARE this story if you can’t WAIT for them to be OUT of the White House!
